I captured this Spotted Eagle Ray just as it jumped from the water. This was taken at the Jetty at Port Canaveral, Florida. Also known as a Whitespotted Eagle Ray, they are protected in Florida. They eat mainly mollusks such as calms and whelks as well as crustaceans such as crabs and shrimp.
