This is a detail of a sculpture at a fountain in a park on Tybee Island. A mermaid collects water in a shell. Fish swim below her. a penny and other coins are in the water, remnants of visitors making a wish.

This is known as Nickie's fountain. It was dedicated to a long time resident named Nickie. I was not able to find the origin of the fountain or the artist.
